mCaffeine Coffee Body Polishing Oil Ingredients:

Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Oil, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Argania Spinosa Oil (Argan Oil), Coffee Arabica Seed Oil, Glyceryl Caprylate (and) Glyceryl Undecylenate, Rosa Canina (Rosehip) Oil, Olive Squalane, Tocotrienol (Vitamin E), Coffee, Colour, Fragrance. Contains Natural Ingredients. Products with natural ingredients may change color but this does not change their effectiveness.

My Experience with mCaffeine Naked & Raw Coffee Body Polishing Oil:

Just like the other oils, mCaffeine Coffee body polishing oil comes in an oil form with a few coffee beans, in a transparent glass bottle. The oil is coffee-brown in color but not dark. It is it's non-sticky and feels light-weight on the skin.

I didn't really buy it, I got it as a free sample with the mCaffeine kit from their website. I received a Coffee body scrub - 20gm and Coffee body polishing oil - 15ml, like a miniature kit(free samples). And I thought I should give it a try before making my decision on buying it.

I used this oil twice after scrubbing from mCaffeine coffee scrub, and I liked it is not like their body butter whatsoever. If you're looking for body polishing you can use it before and wait for 10-15 till it absorbed completely and massage after that exfoliate with a coffee scrub and follow-up with body butter/body lotion (as the brand says).

After a shower, I use this oil in the place of moisturizer with a generous amount on my hand, with circular motion like a massage on all over the body. While applying it does feel like an oil but after a few minutes, I don't feel like I've used any oil on my skin. As it automatically gets soaked into the skin, you don't have to wait for that. It feels non-sticky, lightweight, and gets absorbed quickly into my skin. My skin feels smooth, soft, and moisturized after the application. It does have a raw coffee fragrance in it and I realized that the moment I was applying it πŸ˜…. Because when I smelled it after opening the bottle, I thought it smells like Sunflower oil with coffee, but that wasn't true.

Personally, I didn't feel the fragrance is strong like the mCaffeine Choco body butter, it is mild compared to that body butter. But I feel the body butter is a better option during winters, as I've dry skin I might need to re-apply this oil during winter. Whereas, that's not the same case for body butter.

It has really good ingredients/oils in it which made me to continuously use this oil, such as:

  • Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Oil: It has the ability to help replenish, strengthen, and soothe the skin. It is beneficial for dry, dehydrated, or environmentally compromised skin. It has a natural calming effect on the skin, so can be helpful for reducing signs of skin stress or irritation. It's own fats, including ceramides, visibly repairing its barrier and leading to smoother, healthier-looking skin.
  • Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Oil: It is a rich source of over 100 antioxidant compounds, including Vitamin E, Ferulic acid, and oryzanol. It provides the best care for sensitive, irritated, and damaged skin. It absorbs easily and soothes the skin and soften the skin.
  • Sweet Almond Oil: It is a rich source of skin-replenishing ingredients including fatty acids. It may help to dissolve excess oil on the skin. It helps to improve cell turnover and reverse sun damage.
  • Argania Spinosa Oil (Argan Oil): Good for moisturizing the skin and reduce skin oiliness. It has soothing properties and improves aging effects.
  • Coffee Arabica Seed Oil: It is a rich source of antioxidants. In studies, it showed that topical application can help restore skin and contribute to a healthier, smoother look and feel. It leads to greater moisture retention in the skin.
  • Rosa Canina (Rosehip) Oil: It brightens and even out the skin also helps to regenerate and heal the skin. It is beneficial for almost all skin types. It is high in Vitamin A and helps with anti-aging, elasticity, and collagen production.
  • And other ingredients like Olive Squalane, Vitamin E, and Coffee at lower concentrations.

And I usually look for oil in the place of moisturizer as I've dry skin so I enjoy using oils on the skin but this one is really amazing. Because whenever I look for oils I end up buying which doesn't really make me happy and I face some issues such - smells really bad, sticky, or too oily like some of them make my clothes oily(get absorbed into clothes). This oil is something I didn't face any such issues.

Although, I don't really use it for body polishing or de-tanning purpose. But I feel, if anyone using it for this particular reason and they continue with it, then they might achieve the result they want through these products.

So, overall I really enjoyed my experience with it and I'm thinking to continue with it.

Moving on its pros and cons.

Pros of mCaffeine Coffee Body Polishing Oil:

  1. Good for dry and normal skin people
  2. It has good and beneficial ingredients/oils in it.
  3. It comes in glass packaging which is good for sustainability and recycling purposes.
  4. It is Paraben, SLS, and Cruelty-free.
  5. It feels non-sticky, light-weight, and gets absorbed quickly into the skin.
  6. Make skin smooth, soft, moisturized, and glowy.
  7. The fragrance is not too strong.
  8. A good option for people looking for natural ingredient products.
  9. Availability

Cons of mCaffeine Coffee Body Polishing Oil:

  1. It contains fragrance.
  2. Not travel friendly, as it comes in a glass bottle.
  3. Availability of sizes, it is only available in one size (no travel size or more than 100ml), unless you get a miniature/free sample with any of the product.

Overall:

I'd definitely recommend dry skin and normal skin people to give it a try, Although I'm not sure for oily skin because it has a lot of oils in it, if you want to try you can test with a free sample (if available on the website).

And yes, I would repurchase it as I enjoyed my experience and because I'm always keen to find out and use oils for the body πŸ˜….

Note:

- It is always recommended to do a patch test.

- The oil is meant to use on the body so I won't really recommend using it on your face.

- You can use it before exfoliating/scrubbing your body or after.

- If you're using any treatment creams/serum/toners/mists, etc then please consult your dermatologist before using it.

- If you're planning to go out or using it during day time after shower/bath, please use sunscreen afterward.
